Please read these conditions carefully. They set out the terms and conditions under which access to Teachers Resource Centre Ltd's Policies for Schools website, email, search facilities is made available.
1. Registration
1.1. Registration for an account with the Policies for Schools website is restricted to schools and we do not accept registrations or orders from private individuals using private contact details and email addresses.
1.2. You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information which you are required to provide when you register as a User of the Policies for Schools website; and notify us immediately of any changes to the User Information.

3.2. We offer our downloadable documents on a yearly subscription basis only.
3.3. We do not offer documents on approval due to the nature of the material as they can easily be copied. We do, however, have sample documents to download from our website and request that customers view these prior to purchasing.
3.4. The documents are provided on a downloadable basis only.
3.5. Teachers Resource Centre Ltd's documents are provided to the customer only and the customer therefore agrees to neither share the documents, nor use the service to share Teachers Resource Centre Ltd sensitive information with any other person or body.
3.6. Policies for Schools’ website may not be used for any activity, which contravenes the laws of the United Kingdom, or any other applicable jurisdiction.
3.7. You shall be responsible for ensuring that any Product(s) ordered by you is suitable for your requirements and is compatible with your existing systems and practices.

6. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Teachers Resource Centre Ltd and their officers, directors and employees, immediately on demand, against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of any breach of these terms and conditions by you or any other liabilities arising out of your use of the Policies for Schools website.
7. Force Majeure
Teachers Resource Centre Ltd shall not be liable for any default due to any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Teachers Resource Centre Ltd including, but not limited to, Acts of God, war, civil unrest, riot, strike, lock-out, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, flood, earthquake or shortage of supply or failure of Teachers Resource Centre Ltd to deliver goods to the customer.

8.1. This website is controlled and operated by Teachers Resource Centre Ltd from the United Kingdom.
8.2. Teachers Resource Centre Ltd does not make any representation that the documents and/or the facilities or services offered through this website are appropriate or suitable for use in countries other than the United Kingdom, or that they comply with any legal or regulatory requirements of such other countries.
8.3. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in all respects in accordance with the law of the United Kingdom and each party hereby submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the United Kingdom Courts.
8.4. These Term and Conditions may be amended from time to time as is deemed necessary by Teachers Resource Centre Ltd. A copy of the current Term and Conditions will be made available on request and will also be published on the Policies for Schools website.
8.5. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure familiarity and observance of these Term and Conditions.
9. Miscellaneous
9.1. Any waiver of any provision of these terms and conditions must be in writing and signed by Teachers Resource Centre Ltd to be valid. A waiver of any provision hereunder shall not operate as a waiver of any other provision, or a continuing waiver of the same provision in the future.
9.2. If any court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of these terms and conditions to be void or unenforceable for any reason, then such provision shall be ineffective to the extent of the court's finding without affecting the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
9.3. These terms and conditions represent the entire understanding and agreement between you and Teachers Resource Centre Ltd relating to use of this website, and supersede any and all prior statements, understandings or agreements whether oral or written, and shall not be modified except in writing, signed by you and by Teachers Resource Centre Ltd.
