How much does it cost to subscribe to Policies for Schools?

The cost of subscribing to our website is £225.00 (plus VAT) per year.

What payment methods are available?

We accept payment via cheque or through the BACS system.  Details for payment methods are set out on your invoice which will be sent to you after completion of the purchase process.

Can I see a sample policy before I subscribe?

To see our sample school policies – just click here and you’ll be able to download three of our school policies completely free of charge.

In what format are the policies?

All our policies are provided in Microsoft Word format.

Do you send out your policies on a CD-ROM?

No – All our policies are available on a downloadable basis from our website only.

Can the policies be used in any type of school?

The policies available on our website are generic school policies designed to provide a structure for subscribers to customise and adapt to suit their own school’s requirements.

Are the policies regularly updated?

Our school policies are continually being updated to reflect any changes in government legislation.

Will I be notified when the policies are updated or new ones are added to the website?

Yes, we send out monthly newsletters to our subscribers to let them know when new policies are added and policies are updated on the website.

How do I access the policies on the website?

Just click on My Account to log into your account with your username and password.  You will need to have a current subscription to download the policies.

What if you do not have the policy I am looking for?

if you have a specific need of a policy which isn’t listed on the website just Contact Us and we will create it for you and include it in your subcription at no extra cost.

Do you send out subscription renewal reminders?

Yes – we send out subscription renewal reminder emails to subscribers one month before their subscription is due to expire.

How do I renew my subscription for another year?

In order to renew your subscription you will need to log into your account (My Account), and click on the Renew Subscription button.

Once you have completed all the necessary steps a new invoice will be sent to you to renew your subscription.

When will I be able to download the policies after placing my order?

An invoice for your subscription will be sent to you and, as soon as we receive your payment, your account will be activated and you will be able to log in and download the policies.
