The cost of subscribing to our website is £245.00 (plus VAT) per year.
We accept payment via cheque or through the BACS system. Details for payment methods are set out on your invoice which will be sent to you after completion of the purchase process.
We have several school policies available if you wish to view some sample policies before subscribing, just call us on 01202 830233 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send them to you free of charge.
All our policies are provided in Microsoft Word format and are fully customisable.

The policies available on our website are generic school policies designed to provide a structure for subscribers to customise and adapt to suit their own school’s requirements.
Our school policies are continually being updated to reflect any changes in government legislation.
Yes, we send out regular newsletters to our subscribers to let them know when new policies are added and policies are updated on the website.
Yes – we send out subscription renewal reminder emails to subscribers one month before their subscription is due to expire.
In order to renew your subscription you will need to log into your account (My Account), and click on the Renew Subscription button.
Once you have completed all the necessary steps a new invoice will be sent to you to renew your subscription.
An invoice for your subscription will be sent to you and, as soon as we receive your payment, your account will be activated and you will be able to log in and download the policies.
A year’s subscription to Policies for Schools is usually offered on a one account per school basis for a cost of £245. However, for use across multi-site organisations such as Academy chains and Federations of schools, please contact us at email@example.com to arrange specific pricing.
We do have schools subscribing to Policies for Schools from outside the UK. Please note that the only methods of payment we accept is via cheque or bank transfer and we would suggest schools outside the UK use the bank transfer system. Also banks impose a charge for international bank transfer payments which must be paid by the payer when sending through the payment.
We do not offer trial subscriptions to Policies for Schools.
